Lead end-to-end UX for Twilio Voice products, translating telecom abstractions (SIP, WebRTC, real-time media) into developer-focused interfaces. Drive cross-channel coherence, define systems architecture and naming frameworks, integrate voice with conversational AI, mentor designers, and partner with product and engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-fidelity experiences within Twilio’s One Console.

Lead design and build of a 0-1 Identity Graph platform for real-time identity resolution. Own architecture, implement high-performance synchronous read models, build data pipelines, enforce PII privacy boundaries, ensure production resilience and observability, and mentor engineering teams while aligning cross-team stakeholders.

The Staff Software Engineer will architect and implement scalable data systems, collaborate with teams, mentor engineers, and ensure data integrity.
