This 10-week, part-time Research Internship involves designing and executing an end-to-end behavioral health research project using clinical data. Responsibilities include applying quantitative and qualitative methods, analyzing findings, preparing and submitting a manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal, collaborating cross-functionally, and sharing insights that inform care models and organizational strategy.

Lead supply-and-demand forecasting for the psychiatry service line: build and maintain S&D models, integrate models into core data infrastructure, define operational metrics (capacity, clinician utilization, hiring targets), run forecast vs. actual audits, and partner cross-functionally to guide hiring, resource allocation, and operational improvements.

Lead and scale the marketing organization to drive payer adoption, patient demand, and brand positioning. Own brand, product marketing, commercial enablement, analytics, and marketing operations. Translate clinical outcomes and value-based care data into compelling narratives for health plans, build measurement systems, and partner cross-functionally to accelerate enterprise growth.

The Supervising Psychiatrist provides direct clinical care, supervises and mentors advanced practice providers, and collaborates on process development, enhancing psychiatric care quality and patient outcomes.
