Build scalable, secure, high-performance applications for clients, clinicians, and internal users. Collaborate across Product and Clinical Operations, translate workflows into impactful features, improve architecture and system stability, and contribute to design, testing, code reviews, and technical planning. Lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior developers, and help shape innovative technology supporting mental healthcare.

This 10-week, part-time Research Internship involves designing and executing an end-to-end behavioral health research project using clinical data. Responsibilities include applying quantitative and qualitative methods, analyzing findings, preparing and submitting a manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal, collaborating cross-functionally, and sharing insights that inform care models and organizational strategy.

Lead supply-and-demand forecasting for the psychiatry service line: build and maintain S&D models, integrate models into core data infrastructure, define operational metrics (capacity, clinician utilization, hiring targets), run forecast vs. actual audits, and partner cross-functionally to guide hiring, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
