Candidates must hold a Texas bar license, an ABA-accredited JD, and 1–8 years of litigation experience. Insurance defense experience is preferred.

Senior Counsel will independently manage high-stakes insurance defense litigation, including court appearances, depositions, discovery, briefs, trial preparation, and trials. The role develops case strategies, communicates with clients, cultivates client relationships, manages litigation teams, and mentors junior attorneys. Candidates must hold a JD, maintain an active Texas bar license, and have at least eight years of litigation experience. The position offers remote, hybrid, or onsite flexibility.
