Leads strategic events, sponsorship activations, community programs, executive and board experiences, and stakeholder engagements. Oversees planning, logistics, vendors, budgets, communications, hospitality, evaluation, and activation standards. Manages an events team, develops performance goals, coordinates cross-functional resources, and builds relationships with partners, community leaders, executives, and organizations. Supports brand visibility, member growth, community impact, and partnership success while ensuring compliance with financial-services regulations.

Maintains, monitors, and supports enterprise software applications, SaaS solutions, on-premises systems, workflows, and related IT components. Troubleshoots issues, analyzes requirements, configures and enhances applications, supports deployments and testing, manages vendor relationships, applies security patches, and develops documentation and process guidelines. Partners with business and technical stakeholders, particularly lending and collections teams, to automate and improve processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Performs mortgage quality control reviews before and after closing, portfolio and declined-loan reviews, investor and vendor QC responses, regulatory compliance checks, reporting, defect tracking, and process documentation. Manages vendor oversight, supports builder approvals, interprets Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, ECOA, and HMDA requirements, and provides guidance and training recommendations to junior staff and internal partners.
