Designs, implements, and operates enterprise identity and access management solutions for workforce, member, third-party, and non-human identities. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, identity governance, privileged access management, threat detection, compliance, resilience, automation, and Zero Trust strategy. The role partners with engineering, security, risk, legal, compliance, and business teams; leads vendor evaluations and governance activities; supports audits; and communicates identity risk and architecture decisions to executives.

Performs remote collections for past-due consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. Communicates empathetically with members through phone, email, text, chat, and letters; validates identities and debt responsibility; researches contact information; explains delinquency status; negotiates payment resolutions; processes loan documents and automated payments; documents collection activities; and complies with applicable regulations and credit union policies.

Lead day-to-day execution of fintech experiments and pilots: define scope, hypotheses, success metrics, run agile ceremonies, manage pod backlog, coordinate dependencies, and transition validated initiatives to implementation while ensuring compliance and member-centered outcomes.
