Lead a segment of claims operations, managing people, performance, reserving, and compliance across P&C lines. Drive expense and risk management, stakeholder partnerships, continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory adherence while serving as escalation contact for complex claims.

Provide technical underwriting and administrative support for commercial P&C accounts within delegated authority. Analyze submissions, prepare quotes, endorsements, and renewals, document files, collaborate with internal partners, escalate recommendations beyond authority, engage agencies, identify upsell/reinsurance opportunities, and support portfolio reviews to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements.

Lead strategic and operational execution for Auto Physical Damage claims. Own performance metrics, technical standards, compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional partnership. Develop leaders, drive data‑driven improvements, manage risk, and deliver financial and customer outcomes across APD claim operations.
