Summer CADD internship supporting electrical substation projects. Responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, plan sets, diagrams, and design documentation in AutoCAD; interpreting electrical drawings; applying client and company standards; and collaborating with engineers and CAD technicians. The role provides hands-on exposure to substation protection, control systems, physical design, and utility engineering workflows.

Owns the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, requirements, releases, and adoption of automation solutions for renewable-energy substations and BESS design. Partners with engineering, business, clients, and technology providers to validate problems, develop MVPs, track KPIs, communicate product value, and drive digital transformation. Requires renewable infrastructure knowledge, design automation experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with web applications, BIM, data structures, APIs, SQL, and AI tools.

Own the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, requirements, MVP validation, releases, and adoption for power substation design automation solutions. Collaborate with engineering, operations, consultants, technology partners, and stakeholders to identify problems, define automation products, measure ROI, and drive digital transformation. The role requires strong product leadership, design automation or BIM experience, stakeholder management, agile execution, and familiarity with design authoring software.
