Teams at Ultra Clean Technology

Operate and maintain tube-bending equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Interpret blueprints and engineering documents, calculate bend specifications, select tooling, perform precise bends, inspect product quality, and make adjustments independently. Operate saws and other machine tools, conduct routine maintenance, support cost-saving decisions, and follow safety and quality procedures. The role requires physical handling of tubing, overtime availability, and occasional out-of-town travel for training or meetings.

Supports product development and manufacturing by creating work instructions, assembly drawings, bills of material, CAD models, and manufacturing documentation. Participates in design reviews, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and design-for-manufacturability activities. Applies GMP, drawing standards, and GD&T while collaborating with engineering and assembly teams. The role requires hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, NPI or prototype manufacturing experience, and proficiency with SolidWorks and Pro/Engineer in a controlled or cleanroom environment.
