Manages complex CLO corporate trust accounts and provides high-level client service. Responsibilities include billing, transaction closings, cash and investment transactions, debt service calculations, payments, compliance monitoring, legal document review, business pricing, process improvement, system testing, training, and issue resolution. The role also supports new business development, serves as a CLO subject matter expert, leads operational improvements, and provides indirect guidance to junior associates.

The Senior Relationship Manager leads the Commercial Agricultural portfolio, builds client relationships, adjusts services, and analyzes business needs.

Lead design and implementation of client and internal workflows, gather requirements, architect and deliver large cross-functional loan-market technical projects, build data reconciliation and PowerBI reports, manage integrations (sFTP, APIs, ShareFile), mentor analysts, and represent the team to clients and industry events while establishing scalable standards and best practices for CLO and other loan products.
