Own retention and expansion for strategic enterprise accounts in Nebraska. Build C-suite relationships, create multi-year account plans, negotiate complex renewals and upsells, analyze platform utilization to produce ROI, lead cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption and outcomes, forecast revenue, run executive business reviews, and mentor peers. Requires senior customer success experience and travel up to 30%.

Lead enterprise sales efforts across the West Coast, build executive relationships, manage pipeline and forecasts, drive large healthcare and government deals, mentor sales team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
