Lead Unite Us’s product organization, defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities across its healthcare and social-care platform. Oversee platform, identity, interoperability, APIs, analytics, regulatory compliance, and portfolio outcomes. Build and develop product leadership teams, establish outcome-focused practices, partner with engineering, design, sales, and customers, and drive measurable customer, financial, and social-impact results.

Provides operational, analytical, and consultative support for community strategy across Customer Success and Sales. The role manages customer escalations, maintains playbooks and triage processes, coordinates cross-functional reviews, tracks adoption and engagement metrics in Salesforce, supports retention and onboarding, and partners with community organizations, government agencies, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The position is remote for Hawaii-based candidates and requires 30–50% travel.

Designs scalable community engagement, adoption, escalation, and enablement strategies across customers and geographies. Partners with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams; develops SOPs, playbooks, workflows, and measurement frameworks; manages escalations; analyzes Salesforce and network-health data; improves data quality and operational consistency; facilitates cross-functional and executive discussions; coaches colleagues; and connects community outcomes to customer value, retention, and whole-person health.
