The SVP of Marketing will lead strategy, demand generation, and product marketing for a $100M ARR health tech SaaS company, focusing on pipeline creation and customer lifecycle programs.

Lead and scale the company's end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and partners. Own GTM strategy, forecasting, go-to-market planning, commercial operations, customer success operations, GTM tech and data governance, partner programs, enablement, and build a high-performing Revenue Operations organization focused on automation, AI, and measurable commercial impact.

Lead and scale Product Development Operations across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data. Own release management, tooling and workflow governance (Jira, Airfocus, Pendo, Confluence), product analytics enablement, design and research operations, KPI reporting, OKR/quarterly planning, and a small operations and UX design team. Drive processes, tooling, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement to improve predictability and delivery.
