Performs branch support tasks for rental equipment, including inspecting returned equipment, checking safety and operating condition, cleaning, loading and unloading, preparing equipment for rental, demonstrating equipment to customers, and driving delivery trucks for pickups and drop-offs.

Perform manual branch tasks: inspect, clean, load/unload and prepare rental equipment; demonstrate and checkout equipment to customers; drive delivery truck for pickups and drop-offs; maintain safety and customer service standards.

Sell and support underground trench safety equipment to construction and industrial customers across a defined territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations and training (Competent Person and Confined Space), develop sales plans, cross-sell with rental reps, install equipment, and manage pipeline using Salesforce/CRM.

Serve as branch customer contact: quote, sell, process rental contracts, establish accounts, dispatch deliveries, generate and communicate leads, retain dormant accounts, maintain showroom and inventory, educate customers on equipment use and safety, coordinate pickups/returns, run reports, and support branch team including on-call duties and driving for deliveries.
