Teams at United Way for Greater Austin

Maintain and update regional resource databases (2-1-1, ConnectCTX), build partnerships with community organizations, provide outreach and training, support frontline staff, and serve as the operational lead for disaster resource coordination and on-call disaster response.

Provide high-quality information and referral services via phone for callers in Texas, log demographic data, enter resources into a call management system, meet call-volume and monthly metrics, assist diverse and vulnerable populations, and rotate shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, internship and campus partnerships, benefits and payroll support, HR administration, employee relations, and HR metrics. Act as point of contact for candidates, interns, and employees to ensure positive talent and employee lifecycle experiences.
