The Director of Document Review manages client relationships, oversees eDiscovery projects, and leads team development while ensuring budgetary and quality targets are met.

Lead end-to-end eDiscovery project management for litigation clients, coordinating collections, processing, review, and productions. Serve as client advisor, manage budgets and timelines, perform QA on productions, mentor junior PMs, maintain project trackers, and achieve 70–80% billable utilization.

Review legal documents for relevance, organize them, support case strategy, and maintain confidentiality. Candidates should have a JD and legal research skills.
