Lead onboarding and ongoing account management for UpGuard customers, drive product adoption, create success plans and training, monitor customer health, advocate customer needs to Product/Sales, and identify expansion opportunities while supporting global customers.

Plan, produce, and measure partner-facing events and co-marketing to generate pipeline, optimize cloud marketplace listings, enable partners with GTM assets, manage vendors and budgets, ensure HubSpot attribution, and report partner-influenced revenue.
