Teams at Upwind Security

The Analyst Relations Manager will lead relationships with industry analysts to enhance market understanding of Upwind's cloud and AI security platforms. This role involves driving analyst briefings, coordinating submissions for evaluations, and translating insights into strategic actions.

Embed with the North America sales team to run forecast and pipeline hygiene cadences, resolve deal and process issues, build field-facing Salesforce dashboards, drive forecasting discipline, document playbooks and workflows, and partner cross-functionally to operationalize RevOps initiatives.

Build and run Upwind's GTM enablement function: create playbooks, onboarding, POV/POC motion, battlecards, and recurring training. Partner with RevOps, Sales, SE, CS, and Product Marketing to shorten ramp, drive adoption of GTM tools, measure enablement impact on ACV/win rates, and coach managers to improve pipeline and expansion outcomes.
