Performs document processing and recordkeeping for customer accounts: entering and updating account information, recording transactions, classifying and summarizing documents, completing reports, and providing customer service and administrative support, including resolving or escalating customer issues.

Develop and grow profitable business card relationships by prospecting and selling payment products to mid-to-large businesses. Conduct consultative discovery and credit/financial assessments, manage pipeline and referrals, partner with internal teams, and travel locally, regionally, and occasionally nationally to close deals and retain portfolio clients.

Lead full‑stack mainframe software development for Hogan systems: design, develop, test, operate, and maintain production-ready code; enforce architecture, security, reliability, and compliance; conduct and apply code reviews; support DevOps/CI‑CD practices; provide technical direction and leadership to the team.
