Leads medium to large, multi-phase business and technical projects from planning through completion. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and project documentation. Leads cross-functional teams using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, supports vendor statements of work and proposals, and advises associates on project management practices.

Develops, implements, maintains, tests, and troubleshoots software applications supporting company systems. Collaborates with business analysts and lead developers to analyze requirements, design solutions, document functionality, conduct code reviews, support QA and deployments, manage version-controlled code, and resolve production defects. The role participates in software development projects, communicates progress, and provides on-call night support.

Develop and support enterprise BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, governed datasets, data marts, and ETL/ELT processes. Translate business requirements into technical designs, perform data analysis and validation, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain documentation, governance, security, and data-quality standards. Lead-level candidates will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and coordinate complex initiatives and incidents.
