Maintains kitchen cleanliness by washing floors, walls, dishes, equipment, coolers, and hot boxes; removes trash and breaks down boxes. Unloads vendor deliveries using FIFO, assists with basic kitchen preparation and banquet plate-up, organizes supplies, and supports chefs while following health, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Leads hotel sales and marketing strategy to drive room, banquet, catering, and overall revenue. Manages sales teams, marketing campaigns, market analysis, revenue reporting, budgets, group inventory, key accounts, community relationships, and corporate marketing partnerships. Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates employees while ensuring compliance, guest satisfaction, and achievement of quarterly and annual business goals. Regional and national travel, nights, and weekends may be required.

Assists with daily hotel front office and guest services operations, supervises front desk, valet, and guest service staff, and acts as manager on duty. Responsibilities include guest check-in and checkout, cash handling, room assignments, reporting, staff training, issue resolution, interdepartmental communication, safety compliance, and maintaining service standards. The role also uses Tabit POS and Stay n Touch PMS systems and supports accounting, housekeeping, maintenance, and special group arrangements.
