Supports the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, phone screening, interview coordination, background checks, offers, onboarding, and recruiting events. Maintains candidate pipelines, applicant tracking system records, compliance documentation, and recruiting metrics. Partners with hiring managers and senior recruiters while delivering a positive candidate experience and learning government contracting recruiting practices.

Leads procurement, subcontracts, supplier management, and supply chain operations supporting Department of Defense programs. Owns purchasing systems, procure-to-pay processes, supplier qualification, contract compliance, audits, cost analysis, export controls, cybersecurity flow-downs, and Costpoint workflows. Builds and mentors teams, manages supplier performance and risk, supports proposals, drives cost optimization, and ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, CPSR, CMMC, and government audit requirements.

Leads global trade compliance across export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations. Serves as Empowered Official, manages export authorizations and international shipping reviews, advises leadership, interfaces with regulators, supports audits and M&A, investigates disclosures, delivers training, and supervises global trade personnel. Requires extensive ITAR, EAR, defense services, licensing, government systems, and DoD-related compliance experience.
