Lead growth and retention of assets with top wirehouse advisor teams across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Develop strategic territory plans, prospect and deepen relationships with senior advisor teams, present Vanguard investment capabilities (notably fixed income), manage pipeline, ensure regulatory compliance, coach junior sales partners, and collaborate with internal sales executives to achieve sales and retention goals.

Advise ultra-high-net-worth clients (portfolios $5–15M) with tailored financial plans, portfolio management, trust and estate strategies, and collaborate with internal teams for tax, philanthropic, corporate trust services. Manage a book of business, serve as corporate trustee when applicable, maintain advanced financial expertise, and mentor peers.
