Manages and grows a national lacrosse account portfolio through relationship management, strategic account planning, customer communication, customized product design, online team-store administration, billing support, bulk order processing, and industry engagement. The role supports customer retention, revenue growth, fundraising, product distribution, and account satisfaction while maintaining timely service and resolving account issues.

Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible Angular front-end applications and reusable UI components for a canvas-based yearbook design platform. Implement state management (RxJS/NgRx/Signals), REST API integrations, automated tests, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), performance optimizations for rendering-heavy canvases, and collaborate with backend engineers. Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and improve front-end tooling and processes.

Perform high-energy professional cheer routines at league events, represent the brand in appearances and media, mentor youth, attend regular practices, travel nationally, collaborate on social content, and maintain peak fitness and team-first professionalism.
