Owns the Risk Adjustment domain across the solution portfolio, including roadmap strategy, solution standards, portfolio gap analysis, pilots, market intelligence, regulatory monitoring, value narratives, and cross-segment consistency. The director influences Product, Technology, Sales, Customer Success, and Services while driving measurable product-market fit, commercial outcomes, and domain integrity.

Leads the front end of the healthcare payer/provider growth pipeline by identifying and validating new markets and capabilities. Responsibilities include opportunity screening, pipeline prioritization, TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, business-case development, competitive intelligence, market validation, build-versus-buy recommendations, and board-level presentations. The Director secures investment approval and hands approved opportunities to the Solutions team for delivery while supporting the transition.

Recruits and manages healthcare practices and providers for Vatica Health’s clinical service programs. Secures provider contracts, develops and maintains network relationships, collaborates with health plans and internal clinical and operations teams, analyzes participation and program performance data, and recommends engagement strategies. The role also supports sales campaigns, market development, onboarding and training, and provider engagement projects across assigned territories.

Lead and coordinate EMR integration implementations (SMART-on-FHIR, HL7/FHIR, proprietary APIs, CCDA) with providers and partners, manage project plans, testing, training, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful go-lives.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Risk & Quality AI solutions. Operationalize LLM/NLP/OCR/agent workflows, define evaluation and monitoring, ensure responsible AI and regulatory compliance, partner with engineering/ML/clinical/compliance, and mentor a product team to deliver measurable client impact.
