Build and maintain customer-facing application features, REST APIs, backend services, and data workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally, write tested code, participate in design and code reviews, debug and monitor production, and work with relational and non-relational databases and cloud platforms.

The Staff Software Engineer will design scalable distributed systems for real-time data processing, lead technical initiatives, and mentor other engineers.

Lead and grow platform engineering teams building foundational software and infrastructure. Own delivery, reliability, security, observability, CI/CD, deployments, and developer experience. Partner cross-functionally on architecture, priorities, and incident response while mentoring engineers and improving tooling and automation (including AI-assisted workflows).
