Design, deliver, and maintain training programs for manufacturing operations. Assess learning needs, develop curriculum and OJT materials, manage LMS activities, analyze training effectiveness, partner with leaders and SMEs, deliver Train‑the‑Trainer, support new product readiness, and travel between facilities to implement and standardize training processes.

Lead end-to-end product cost analysis and maintain detailed cost models across global factories. Support NPI cost estimates, partner with cross-functional teams to inform pricing and margin decisions, identify cost-out opportunities, govern ERP cost data, and act as product costing subject-matter expert.

Lead field installation, startup, commissioning, testing and service for precision cooling (Liebert) products. Provide technical support, on-site troubleshooting, OJT training, reporting, scheduling, and customer communication. Ensure safety, compliance with FCNs, manage resources and deliver first-time fixes while maintaining documentation and customer satisfaction.
