Develop and maintain the master production schedule, align production and customer delivery dates, monitor inventory and material availability, coordinate with production, procurement, and operations to resolve scheduling issues, run daily production meetings, implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement in scheduling and inventory performance.

Design and develop mechanical solutions for data center racks and enclosures through the full product lifecycle. Create 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings (Autodesk Inventor; Creo support), maintain BOMs and engineering documentation in ERP/PLM, support prototyping, testing, manufacturing release, and resolve production and design issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet cost, manufacturability, quality, and schedule objectives.

Perform acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance testing on medium/high-voltage electrical systems up to 500kV. Conduct power system studies, test and calibrate protective relays, perform insulation and contact resistance testing, analyze results and author reports, troubleshoot system failures, mentor Level I/II technicians, lead multi-discipline projects, and maintain compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.
