Teams at Vestmark, Inc.

Manage day-to-day personalized direct index portfolios including construction, rebalances, tax transitioning and tax-loss harvesting, ESG customizations, and monitoring corporate actions. Provide portfolio analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis; collaborate with trading, client service, and operations to improve processes, tools, and investment outcomes while supporting product and asset class expansion.

Lead distribution and partner engagement to drive adoption of Vestmark's UMA and sub-advisory solutions. Build and maintain strategic relationships with RIAs and wealth management platforms, coordinate field events and presentations, generate leads, and provide partner feedback to Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Drive outbound prospecting and partner engagement within the RIA channel to generate qualified opportunities. Support senior BDRs by managing territory/prospect lists, scheduling meetings, maintaining Salesforce pipeline, coordinating events/webinars, and sharing market feedback with cross-functional teams to inform sales and product strategy.
