Guide business hosts through cryptocurrency kiosk onboarding by explaining requirements, collecting and reviewing KYC and business documents, maintaining accurate records, coordinating compliance approvals, tracking cases, resolving delays, and improving onboarding workflows. The role requires clear communication, strong organization, careful handling of sensitive information, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Host Success teams in a fully remote environment.

Lead and coach a customer retention team while personally conducting outbound calls to reactivate inactive customers and drive repeat transactions. Build SOPs, scripts, workflows, training materials, and retention campaigns; manage schedules and assignments; track KPIs, conversion, revenue, and reactivation; conduct call reviews; maintain CRM records and reports; handle escalations; and support hiring and onboarding.

Supports digital asset accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, fixed asset tracking, and audit preparation. Maintains cryptocurrency rollforwards, reconciles wallet balances to blockchain data, calculates fair market value, and processes crypto transactions. The role also contributes to accounting policy improvements, SOP development, variance analysis, and cross-functional finance support for a global fintech platform.
