Conduct talent research and veterinary market mapping, build and maintain candidate pipelines, review recruiting activity in Greenhouse and Gem, verify and organize candidate data, resolve duplicate records, and support sourcing campaigns and recruiting events. Use AI tools to improve research efficiency while validating accuracy. Collaborate with sourcing partners, manage deadlines, and improve recurring recruiting processes during a three-month contract assignment.

Serve as a senior People Business Partner for a regional portfolio of hospitals: coach leaders, manage complex employee relations, drive talent and performance processes, analyze people data to identify risks, support change adoption, and spend significant time in the field to build trust and improve retention and engagement.
