Leads regional marketing, sales, brand positioning, occupancy, and revenue strategies for senior living communities. Partners with operations and community leadership to execute marketing plans, guide sales teams, manage budgets, improve occupancy, train staff, support recruiting and performance management, and deliver data-driven results. Represents the organization with owners and boards and participates in corporate events. Travel is required 75–100%.
