Develop and maintain consumer-facing WordPress websites using PHP and frontend technologies. Build custom themes, templates, plugins, and WordPress functionality; integrate external APIs; optimize performance, responsiveness, and technical SEO; troubleshoot issues; and collaborate with SEO, content, and engineering teams. The role is fully remote for candidates based in Latin America and requires strong Git, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, and WordPress experience.

Provide high-touch technical support for an internal compute platform, troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads, Docker containers, Linux systems, and networking issues. Investigate complex production problems using low-level Linux and networking tools, assist developers through onboarding and support channels, document solutions, write runbooks, participate in postmortems, and collaborate with SRE and platform engineering teams. Contribute scripts, process improvements, and structured feedback to enhance platform reliability and support efficiency.

Provides frontline technical support for build, release, and CI/CD systems. Troubleshoots build failures, dependency issues, configuration errors, artifact repositories, Docker images, Jenkins jobs, Maven builds, and Spinnaker pipelines. Manages Slack and ticket-based support, performs incident analysis, prepares high-quality escalations, maintains documentation, and helps developers resolve delivery blockers. The role requires strong communication, Linux and Unix skills, scripting, Git, container knowledge, and build and release engineering experience.
