Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure CI/CD and infrastructure automation platforms using Terraform Cloud and AWS. Lead platform architecture, automation, observability, runbooks, reliability improvements, mentoring, and tooling evaluations to enable rapid, safe software delivery.

Conduct technical interviews for pre-screened candidates, develop role-specific questions and challenges, collaborate with recruiters and clients on job requirements, lead technical conversations, and research appropriate assessments for cloud and software roles.

Execute outbound prospecting and campaign execution to generate qualified enterprise meetings. Build target lists, launch multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), support ABM and digital demand generation, maintain CRM hygiene, optimize GTM tech stack, and use AI to create repeatable pipeline-generation playbooks.
