Manages relationships with regional Tier 2 and Tier 3 employee-benefits clients, brokers, and partners. Responsibilities include client education, renewals, retention, growth, benefit enrollment strategies, cross-selling, market analysis, consultative presentations, and coordinating internal service teams. The role develops book-of-business strategies, identifies participation and coverage opportunities, delivers training, and supports profitable growth while maintaining strong client and broker relationships.

Manages and grows national employee benefits accounts through proactive client service, consultative strategy, renewals, enrollment and marketing initiatives. Leads client and broker meetings, finalist presentations, claims trend discussions, and service model development. Identifies expansion opportunities, mentors colleagues, coordinates internal teams, and delivers strategies supporting profitability, retention, and organizational goals. Extensive travel is required.

The actuarial intern will perform mathematical and clerical actuarial tasks, compile and verify data, support loss and expense reserve evaluations, prepare rate filings and financial schedules, and assist with premiums, benefits, pricing, and other assigned projects.
