Sell and service branded optical laboratory products to private practice accounts. Manage existing relationships, develop new prospects, educate doctors and staff on lens products and industry trends, create account business plans, deliver presentations, coordinate customer needs with internal teams, analyze market data, and track sales activity and account growth. The role requires extensive territory travel, outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record.

Develops and manages internal and external communications across audiences and channels. Responsibilities include researching, writing, editing, and analyzing marketing content such as proposals, technical documentation, brochures, white papers, case studies, campaigns, presentations, scripts, and executive communications. The role manages enterprise content portfolios, stakeholder and partner relationships, brand alignment, content pipelines, and cross-functional communications while adapting messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.

Leads financial accounting, reporting, analysis, controls, audits, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives for assigned business entities. Oversees financial statement preparation, general ledger accuracy, accounting policy implementation, risk monitoring, and relationships with auditors and regulators. Manages accounting personnel, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, workload allocation, staffing, and departmental budgeting. Requires extensive GAAP and NAIC Model Audit Rule knowledge, management experience, analytical ability, and senior stakeholder influence.
