Supervise retail sales-floor activities and front-of-house operations, lead customer selling and team touch-bases when managers are absent, and open or close the store. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge, style advice, and brand storytelling. Lead the in-store optical team, perform dispensing optician duties (measurements, fitting, adjustments, quality checks), mentor apprentices, manage daily store operations, and ensure excellent customer service and product explanations.
