Builds and maintains scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure supporting an AI biomedical research platform. Responsibilities include ingesting, harmonizing, validating, and documenting multimodal neurodegeneration datasets; managing cloud storage, compute, permissions, and costs; implementing de-identification and data governance workflows; supporting research data repositories and AI/ML teams; and maintaining data lineage, catalogs, and technical documentation. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, software engineering discipline, cloud experience, and neurodegeneration research data expertise.

Owns the C-BRAIN AI tool portfolio through product backlog management, milestone tracking, UAT coordination, vendor and contractor oversight, and technical program execution. Coordinates data engineering pipelines, infrastructure, data use agreements, compliance reviews, and external pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, and technology partners. Supports CTO working groups, technical reporting, consortium engagement, and stakeholder communications. Requires five years of progressive product or technical program management experience, external partner management, contract lifecycle expertise, and experience working with AI/ML or data engineering teams.

Obtains insurance and referral information, registers and schedules patients remotely, processes physician referrals, manages appointment reminders and scheduling updates, and explains billing and financial assistance options. Answers patient and payer inquiries, supports account maintenance, updates provider scheduling templates, and coordinates with physicians and clinical staff to resolve moderately complex scheduling and billing issues.
