Supervise transportation operations and drivers, including hiring, training, routing, coaching, safety meetings, audits, inspections, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Monitor daily operations, adjust routes and staffing, support dispatch, maintain company and DOT logs, and address customer complaints related to collection services.
