Build and operate customer-facing product capabilities across discovery, booking, payments, guest journeys, reporting, AI functionality, and integrations. Own end-to-end features across React, Next.js, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and event-driven workflows. Partner with Product and Design, shape ambiguous problems, improve platform reliability, and manage testing, observability, security, production releases, and operational follow-through.

Build Way’s data and intelligence layer across pricing, merchandising, personalization, forecasting, recommendations, and automation. Own data foundations, metrics, models, experiments, and production-ready datasets while partnering with Product and Engineering. Identify high-impact opportunities, ship measurable solutions, and establish rigorous, responsible data practices in a fast-moving startup environment.

Build and lead Way’s data infrastructure from the ground up. Design cloud-native data lakes, scalable batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines, ingestion frameworks, data warehouses, orchestration, streaming systems, data quality monitoring, and DataOps practices. Develop Python and SQL-based data solutions, infrastructure as code, feature stores, dashboards, and self-service analytics. Partner with product and business teams on metrics, predictive modeling, and experimentation while establishing data-driven practices.
