Owns the technical product backlog and prioritizes features, defects, technical debt, and improvements. Translates strategic initiatives into development work, defines acceptance criteria, coordinates delivery and dependencies, and accepts completed work. Partners with product managers, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable, compliant services. Drives defect remediation, service quality, continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and effective use of AI and digital tools.

Develops and manages marketing strategies for a portfolio of financial advisor teams across the Northeast. The role analyzes growth opportunities, creates marketing plans and budgets, monitors performance, recommends actions, and drives advisor accountability. It partners with Practice Management, Advisor Marketing Specialists, Corporate Marketing, and other stakeholders to coordinate execution. Responsibilities include Salesforce and dashboard analysis, documentation, presentations to leaders and advisors, budget optimization, cross-functional initiatives, and testing AI-enabled marketing tools. The position is remote with approximately four to six annual trips.

Supports wealth-management operations by maintaining portfolio platform data, account and transaction coding, reporting configurations, and data integrity. Performs audits, troubleshoots platform issues, supports advisors and internal teams, explains performance methodologies, builds custom queries, improves processes, and assists with projects involving billing, trading, tax reporting, composites, and performance data.
