Owns and governs the enterprise Design System, including components, tokens, patterns, documentation, accessibility, and adoption. Designs responsive interfaces and prototypes, validates implementation quality, and partners with UX, product, engineering, architecture, and business teams. The role also establishes AI-ready design standards, reviews AI-assisted outputs, manages design-system priorities, and coaches teams on consistent application across enterprise products.

Plans and executes educational seminars, tradeshows, conferences, networking, and hospitality events. Coordinates venues, speakers, promotional campaigns, materials, budgets, invoices, and onsite logistics. Tracks event details and results in Salesforce, analyzes effectiveness, prepares reporting, and collaborates with marketing, sales, operations, advisors, and external partners. The role also manages event calendars, processes, documentation, and post-event follow-up while traveling up to 25% of the time.

Acquire and close high-net-worth clients with more than $500,000 in investable assets through direct marketing channels. Support financial advisory teams, conduct client presentations, explain wealth management strategies, develop financial plans, increase assets under management, and ensure smooth post-sale client transitions. The role requires consultative selling, relationship development, strategic planning, CRM usage, regular travel up to 50%, and Series 65 or 66 licensing.
