Maintain and run daily office operations at the Austin headquarters: manage supplies and equipment, support onboarding and workspace setup, greet visitors, prepare meeting spaces, coordinate vendors and repairs, assist scheduling, and support company events and hospitality needs.

Own enterprise accounts end-to-end: build relationships, manage pipeline and P&L, lead discovery through deployment, navigate procurement/security/legal, design solutions and SOWs, and ensure delivery and renewal while coordinating product and engineering.

The AI Research Scientist will develop novel algorithms, lead experimental design, and mentor engineers while focusing on privacy-preserving AI solutions.
