Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle for solutions supporting caregiving members, internal care teams, and clients. Lead user discovery, interviews, experiments, data analysis, requirements definition, and cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and data teams. Identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies, define success metrics, track performance, and deliver high-impact products from ideation through launch and sunset.

Supports the Finance team with transaction entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll data entry, and month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities. The role also assists with audit documentation, invoice tracking, collections follow-up, payroll preparation, workpaper filing, and ad hoc accounting projects under the guidance of the Accounting Manager.

Serve as the primary People Business Partner for an hourly, shift-based, in-person workforce. Coach managers on employee relations, performance, team dynamics, investigations, accommodations, and separations. Support workforce planning, retention, compliance, employee lifecycle processes, organizational changes, and integrations. Use workforce data to identify risks, maintain compliant policies and documentation, and partner with vendors. The role is remote and may mentor junior team members.
