Oversee planning, budgeting, solution design, pre-sales technical support, vendor enablement, reference architectures, KPI reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployment of GPU‑accelerated compute, networking, storage, and facility solutions.

Interact with existing customers to obtain, enter, and upsell orders via phone and email. Manage quotes, backorders, and delivery expectations; follow up on open orders; develop opportunities from marketing and outside sales; report trends and improve processes while collaborating with outside sales to meet goals.
