Manages lending administration workflows, ensuring policy, regulatory, quality, and control requirements are met. Oversees performance reporting, issue escalation, audit responses, documentation, and SOX control support. Partners with lending, credit, operations, compliance, and technology teams to resolve systemic issues, implement process improvements, and drive training and adherence. Reviews team work, leads defined workstreams, and may develop programs or operating frameworks for central lending operations.

Analyze and maintain financial data for current and prospective borrowers, prepare credit studies and loan packages, perform sensitivity and collateral analysis, collaborate with bank teams on treasury and legal matters, monitor loan disbursements and third-party reporting, and produce credit department reports to inform lending decisions.
