Analyze and maintain financial data for current and prospective borrowers, prepare credit studies and loan packages, perform sensitivity and collateral analysis, collaborate with bank teams on treasury and legal matters, monitor loan disbursements and third-party reporting, and produce credit department reports to inform lending decisions.

Lead analysis, structuring, underwriting, and closing of complex commercial loans. Monitor and manage loan portfolios, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, coordinate with Relationship Managers, prepare credit presentations for approval, and support loan processing and customer service for mid-market commercial clients.

Lead and manage an underwriting team to meet production and quality goals. Oversee underwriting reviews, train and coach staff, ensure compliance with mortgage guidelines and regulations, optimize processes, and collaborate cross-functionally. Hire, develop, and manage onshore and offshore underwriting teams.
