Builds customer and internal relationships while supporting sales goals and staying current on products, industry trends, and competition.

Own customer success, retention, renewals, and expansion for 14,000+ unassigned small-business accounts. Build scalable digital engagement programs including email campaigns, webinars, educational content, and self-service renewal workflows. Analyze account health, usage, campaign, NPS, and renewal data to prioritize outreach and mitigate churn. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Sales while reporting on portfolio performance and improving digital customer-success playbooks.
