Develops technical vision, architectural roadmaps, engineering practices, and delivery mechanisms. Hires, coaches, and retains engineers while partnering with product and commercial teams to prioritize customer-driven outcomes. Requires cloud development expertise, automated testing knowledge, security and compliance understanding, and strong leadership and communication skills.
