Leads electrical and lighting design for construction documents across multifamily, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, and other markets. Coordinates project deliverables, quality assurance, schedules, budgets, workloads, and client or municipal requirements. Reviews designs for accuracy, mentors team members, communicates project progress and concerns, and maintains relationships with plan reviewers and utility designers. Programs Allen-Bradley PLCs, integrates instrumentation and networks, performs testing and loop checks, coordinates engineering and panel shop resources, and supports proposals and fee estimates. Requires extensive field experience, regional travel, and independent project ownership.

Design electrical systems and construction documents in Revit, perform electrical calculations, review submittals, conduct site investigations, support equipment specifications, and participate in project and client meetings. The role involves collaboration with engineers, designers, project managers, manufacturers, and city officials across multifamily, commercial, hospitality, high-rise, and EV fleet projects.
