Leads large-scale MEP projects from inception through closeout, overseeing design, installation, commissioning, budgets, schedules, resources, quality, and risk. Manages and mentors multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinates with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, and serves as the primary client contact. Responsibilities also include project reporting, process improvement, proposal development, business pursuits, client relationship management, and representing the firm at industry events.

Leads full-lifecycle SCADA and industrial controls projects, including system architecture, electrical design, PLC and HMI programming, communications integration, field commissioning, troubleshooting, client support, and project closeout. Programs Allen-Bradley PLCs, integrates instrumentation and networks, performs testing and loop checks, coordinates engineering and panel shop resources, and supports proposals and fee estimates. Requires extensive field experience, regional travel, and independent project ownership.

Manage multiple architectural projects from design through completion, coordinating technical and administrative efforts, budgets, schedules, documentation, client communications, proposals, and project teams. The Architect will ensure design intent, quality assurance, and document consistency while developing architectural standards and supporting practice growth across multiple markets.

Design electrical systems and construction documents in Revit, perform electrical calculations, review submittals, conduct site investigations, support equipment specifications, and participate in project and client meetings.
