Leads electrical and lighting design for construction documents across multifamily, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, and other markets. Coordinates project deliverables, quality assurance, schedules, budgets, workloads, and client or municipal requirements. Reviews designs for accuracy, mentors team members, communicates project progress and concerns, and maintains relationships with plan reviewers and utility designers. Requires a PE license, extensive electrical engineering experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

Manage land surveying operations, teams, budgets, schedules, quality control, safety, and client relationships for public and private geospatial projects. Lead business development, mentor staff, coordinate with discipline leads, oversee boundary and corridor surveys, and sign and seal survey documents as the responsible Texas professional. The role requires a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor license, progressive post-licensure experience, strong surveying software knowledge, leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Leads large-scale MEP projects from inception through closeout, overseeing design, installation, commissioning, budgets, schedules, resources, quality, and risk. Manages and mentors multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinates with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, and serves as the primary client contact. Responsibilities also include project reporting, process improvement, proposal development, business pursuits, client relationship management, and representing the firm at industry events.
