Support project execution by maintaining documentation, tracking scope/schedule/cost/resources, preparing status reports and dashboards, coordinating milestones, identifying risks, supporting resource planning, and recommending process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders.

Manage rebar projects from setup through completion: oversee contracts, scheduling, detailing, fabrication, deliveries and costs; review shop drawings; coordinate with contractors, detailers, production and customers; resolve project issues and perform special assignments.

Provide office administrative support including timekeeping maintenance, running freight and inventory reports, customer account setup and AR file management, creating manifests, preparing and coding invoices, matching pickup/delivery tickets, answering multi-line phones, and general operations support.

Responsible for manufacturing customized rebar products, operating fabrication equipment, inspecting materials, and preparing products for shipment in a safe and organized manner.

Process orders across phone, email, text, and counter channels; manage pricing and non-stock procurement; handle payments; resolve escalations; maintain transaction records; mentor junior associates and provide guidance on pricing within established frameworks to meet customer needs and margin goals.

Receive, count, store, pack, unpack, and mark stock items; record receiving data in company software; identify shortages or incorrect shipments; coordinate with shipping vendors and purchasing; file purchase orders and deliver materials to designated areas.

Lead nationwide fabrication and rebar production and operations, establish production and quality standards, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, manage inventory, budgets, and staff development, hire and oversee regional fabrication managers, and collaborate with regional/district operations to drive business growth.

Manage shop fabrication and quality control to meet production schedules and budget goals. Oversee equipment availability, scheduling, and coordination with sales. Supervise staff, enforce OSHA and safety compliance, request repairs/equipment, ensure safe truck loading/unloading, and control inventory and scrap for rebar production.

Drive product sales and specification adoption by architects, engineers, DOTs, and contractors through technical presentations, training, solution design, and relationship building. Monitor market and competitors, support product launches, provide field feedback to internal teams, and maintain CRM records. Frequent overnight travel required; acceptable motor vehicle record needed.
