Processes customer orders across phone, email, text, and counter channels; manages pricing, margins, payments, procurement, logistics, records, and escalated service issues. Recommends product alternatives, provides advanced pricing guidance, mentors associates, and supports process improvements using independent judgment. The role generally requires 5–7 years of related experience and may require a technical certification or associate degree. Overnight travel is typically less than 10%.

Operations intern supporting analyses, recommendations, process improvements, research, and special projects across business functions. The role involves identifying and resolving routine data issues, communicating roadblocks, checking processes, and presenting findings to management. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field, with exposure to Lean or Six Sigma preferred. Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.

Operations Leader Trainees complete a 12–18 month rotational development program covering warehouse operations, customer service, management, business systems, and leadership. The role includes job shadowing, tailored training, mentorship, process coaching, senior-leadership exposure, and a capstone project. Trainees build operational, team leadership, communication, and customer-partnership skills while preparing for future operations leadership opportunities. Relocation may be required after program completion.
