Fabricates customized reinforcing steel products according to work orders and rebar specifications. Operates shears, benders, and automated bending equipment; measures and inspects finished materials; identifies defects and makes adjustments. Stacks, bands, stages, and prepares products for shipment. Maintains a clean and safe work area while following safety procedures. The role involves physical labor, lifting up to 50 pounds, indoor and outdoor work, and limited overnight travel.

Supervises rebar fabrication, quality control, workflow, scheduling, inventory, maintenance, safety compliance, and order completion. Reviews workmanship and shop performance, signs off on product quality, trains associates, coordinates repairs, and maintains a productive work environment. The role leads a fabrication team and typically requires overnight travel of less than 10% of the time.

Operations Leader Trainees complete a 12–18 month rotational development program covering warehouse operations, customer service, management, business systems, and leadership. The role includes job shadowing, tailored training, mentorship, process coaching, senior-leadership exposure, and a capstone project. Trainees build operational, team leadership, communication, and customer-partnership skills while preparing for future operations leadership opportunities. Relocation may be required after program completion.
