Leads end-to-end delivery of IT, AI, automation, and digital transformation projects within a PMO framework. Manages project portfolios, plans, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholder alignment, vendors, executive reporting, requirements, change management, user adoption, and process improvement. Evaluates software solutions, supports AI-enabled initiatives, and ensures successful implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Manage disputes, pre-litigation matters, subpoenas, document collection, discovery, litigation holds, and preservation. Conduct legal research, draft correspondence and memoranda, support risk management, revise firm policies, prepare training materials, and collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel. The role requires a licensed attorney with 3–6 years of law firm litigation experience and may be full-time or part-time with hybrid flexibility.

Designs, implements, and maintains Azure cloud infrastructure, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code. Serves as a technical expert across infrastructure and application teams, ensures cloud solutions meet security and vendor best practices, develops technology roadmaps, performs root cause analysis, and documents managed services. The role also supports Microsoft cloud integrations, lifecycle planning, and communication of technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
