The Senior Specialist will provide technical advice on GHG measurement, climate change mitigation, and ecosystem evaluation, managing projects and client communications while supporting decarbonization strategies.

Lead US government and ODA-focused business development: grow and manage opportunity pipeline, conduct market intelligence, qualify pursuits, oversee complex proposal development and compliance, coordinate partners and client engagement, maintain pipeline systems (Costpoint, Salesforce), and capture lessons learned to improve win rates.

The Senior Manager, Technical supports the ART program by providing technical expertise in GHG accounting, assessing participant submissions, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Responsibilities include collaboration with teams, guidance development, and tracking best practices in forest measurement and remote sensing.
