Manage daily IT operations and service availability at a manufacturing site. Enforce corporate IT security standards, lead the site MIS/IT team, coordinate vendors, and ensure reliable support for ERP, MES, WMS, QMS, and related manufacturing applications.

Oversee all operations at a large U.S. electronics manufacturing plant, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, materials, testing, cost, and delivery. Lead factory setup, capacity expansion, production ramp-up, operational excellence, NPI readiness, and cross-site manufacturing collaboration. Manage customer relationships, audits, escalations, resource coordination, strategic planning, KPI governance, and organizational development while building an accountable U.S. manufacturing culture.

Leads industrial engineering for new plant setup, capacity planning, line balancing, process optimization, MES/SFCS implementation, Lean and automation integration, and cross-regional manufacturing standardization. Oversees OEE, budgeting, staffing, technical roadmaps, quality reviews, continuous improvement, and engineering team leadership. Requires extensive large-scale manufacturing experience, greenfield plant setup or global operations expertise, and strong cross-functional and cross-cultural leadership.

Supports wireless network validation and verification through LTE and 5G NR field testing. Assists with system integration, customer requirement and feedback analysis, issue diagnosis, feature validation, and performance optimization while collaborating with senior engineers.
