Enforce corporate IT security standards, lead the site MIS/IT team, coordinate vendors, and ensure reliable support for ERP, MES, WMS, QMS, and related manufacturing applications.

Oversee all operations at a large U.S. electronics manufacturing plant, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, materials, testing, cost, and delivery. Lead factory setup, capacity expansion, production ramp-up, operational excellence, NPI readiness, and cross-site manufacturing collaboration. Manage customer relationships, audits, escalations, resource coordination, strategic planning, KPI governance, and organizational development while building an accountable U.S. manufacturing culture.
